Bertelsmann Foundation Launches Website

The Bertelsmann Foundation North America now has its own online presence. Starting 1 December 2011, the activities of the Washington, DC branch of the Bertelsmann Stiftung can be followed at www.bfna.org.

The new website features information about the Foundation, first and foremost its trans-Atlantic and global projects, its board and staff, past and future events, and publications. Media representatives will also find press advisories and contact information for interviews with our staff experts.

There are clear links on the homepage to the Stiftung, the Stiftung’s Brussels office, the CEPI program and futurechallenges.org. The homepage also includes a “Latest News” column, with information on the Foundation’s most recent events.

The new website is part of a long-term project. Plans are already afoot to expand the Foundation’s online presence. A blog is among the ideas being considered.
