Our big challenge: How do we leverage social media to influence policy in the off-line world?

Future Challenges, founded by the Bertelsmann Foundation, is a network of citizens and organizations worldwide examining the interactions between large-scale issues like changing demography and changing technology. Though the network is still young, it hopes ultimately to make an impact in the policy sphere by emphasizing the complexity and context-dependent nature of the challenges that we will all face together in the coming years.
Our readership is growing, but we need your help to think about how we can use social media to get the attention of powerful people who aren’t on Twitter or Facebook.
