The TEC Globalist is Global21's thirteenth chapter and its third in Latin America. It publishes biannually in English and Spanish and distributes about 3,000 copies free of charge to the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). The TEC Globalist plans to increase its circulation to include other TEC campuses throughout Mexico. In accordance with its motto, “El mundo a tu alcance” (“The world within your reach”), the TEC Globalist seeks to connect personal passions with issues of global importance.
